I came very close to doing just that this morning. I have never driven an I35... but my lucidity returned before I asked.

They're not bad. Cushier.. more luxury. The mirrors are remembered with the driver's seat. There's a rear sunshade that's kinda cool. Same engine, plenty peppy. Definately a luxury-boat suspension, though. Not a horrible car to be stuck in for a day, though.
