It's not that simple.....at least not on the '05-06 taillights!
It took me a while to get it done and get it right, but then again, I was pretty **** with it.....as a result, BAT has pics of my taillights on his website.

I removed my spray tint with nail polish remover.
spray will be more glossy (and less dull) - you get to control the level of darkness, and there wont be any ripples or bubbles.
Thanks Guys... I tried installing these myself already once... And myself being as **** as I am... and Having VERY little patience was only able to install the side marker piece and RIPPED the tails OFF!!!.... which resulted in having to buy new ones....!!! I;m going to call detailing Dynamics today.....
I must say this wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The reverse lenses were a snap but the tailights were impossible for me to get done right. I ended up putting a couple of creases in the overlays and once creased...adios! Anyways, I figure now I can save on shipping and combine my eyelid order with my new tail order and get them both installed professionally.
A tint shop should be able to do that. There was a similar thread in the Northern California regional forum, the person was able to get a good install done at a tint shop, as far as I remember.
