I bought a satelite radio from best buy, I think its the sportster 4. I wanted that one so I could mount it in the compartment on the dash.

I take it to my installer and he said the navigation pre wiring signal, or something like that is interfering with the setup of the satelite radio signal. Does anyone know what can be done? He said a message popped up on the radio and said that.

Take it to another shop.

 

I though it was a simple install, just plug it in and go.

 

Check another shop as mentioned before.
