I used a hand sander to prime the grill, because you have to get the chrome cra off of it, then painted it using a sprayer from my brothers shop.

Cool, You'll enjoy it, I still love hearing mine whistle, but 6 hours?

Better plan a whole weekend if you decide to get a spacer.

it took you six hours to remove a few bolts? I hope you included travel time to the local home depot because you stripped several bolts and broke your 10mm wrench. Just out of curiosity how long does it take you to fill up your gas tank? All kidding aside, congrats, keep em coming!

congrats on the install. I'm sure this will only be the first of many and your time will get better as you get familiar with the G.

Intakes are so 1998....with todays engines and technology intake doesn't do much, you should skip the $200-300 intakes and go right for the power gaining mods (high flow cats, plenum spacers and catbacks). Oh well...enjoy.

Watch out for that A/C line next to your Injun. Did you protect it?

yea, thats what I've had issues with
I painted my grill with normal spray paint - so its not as glossy and reflective as yours I need to get me some automotive paint!

Nice. Are you going to remove the central OEM intake duct, just over the grille? Looks kinda funny sitting there and is pretty useless to you right now. Enjoy the intake.
