it is probably just modifying the MAF signal so that you can either lean out or richen up you mixture. Cute idea.......but not for me.

Does it sound reasonable that some company could produce a part for $150 to overcome the most basic errors incurred by the years of enginering that all the professionals at Nissan have put in to the VQ engines? ...I think not.

Well it does make sense that the pros would go a little conservative on the A/F for better mileage, doesn't it?

With my spacer and CAI I am getting better mileage than stock which makes me think it is running pretty lean. I think your right Quadcam on remapping the MAF. I have a chance to buy one for next to nothing with some other parts I am buying so I may try it.
