Met a honda in an intersection this AM. The weird thing is that we both had been stopped at a red light so the speed was rather low.

I am sick to my stomach right now. This is the first time anything like this happened to me. My kids were in the car and everyone was buckled properly so all we received were a bunch of skuffs from the seat belts.

 

Yeah; I am kind of thinking it can be but I am no expert at these things... fortunately.

Looks like both fenders weren't touched (or much). That indicates minor or no chassis damage. So looks like you might get it fixed. Who's fault if I may ask?
