window tint question

Its winter and cold and I know it takes awhile to cure, but its been over a month or so and everything cured besides like three little water moisture bubbles on the rear window. I have no idea how they would push out if I used a credit card or whatever, since didnt everything around it adhesive to the glass. Could I pop a tiny pin hole in them and just get the water out? But that doesnt seem right because how would that part dry to the glass. There not air bubbles, they look different its moisture/water pocket and its not drying.

If it's been that long and you have left it in the sun as much as possible I would have the place that did it make it right. The same thing happened to my friend with a new S4 and ceramic tint ($500) and they had to re-do the whole car.
