almost at 30k and was wondering what you guys recommend. drain and refill of the trans fluid and coolant or the flushing of both systems instead? about 100.00 difference, but is it worth it really?

i see a lot of opinions on if it really needs to be done at 30k too. i haven't actually decided myself yet.

 

for trany its allways better to flush it because when you flush it u change about95% of the fluid and when u drain&fill its only about25-30%
but for the coolant not even worth touching it its nothig wrong with a coolant at 30k( worked on the cars for 10 years end neve saw coolant bad at 30k)
