I would suggest you get a lower tie as well but it probably wouldn't fit if you have an oil pan spacer.

I have Tein CS coilovers with the edfc so the adjustment is inside the car.

I looked into a lower front bar a while back but I have a spacer and the greddy oil pan so there is no way it will fit. But at least I have 6.5qts of oil.

No problem with the mounts. I did need to unplug the motors and route the wire through the strut bar but that was easy.

It's for the remote start I put in back when I first got the car. That way if anyone besides me works on it they know to turn it off first to be safe.

$225 is a good going rate and this is a very nice product.

I went home for lunch and it came in while I was there. So I put it on.
I'm glad the bar made it there so quickly. I know you guys are anxious to get the part delivered and installed so I try my best to ship out as fast as I can once payment has been made.

Tim, did you have any problems getting the driver side mount in? I know the space is a little tight there. How about the ABS line....does the tower mount touch the line?

BTW: nice ride! very clean engine bay!

The 350Z strut bar is actually shorter than the G bar. The mount points extends towards the center of the car a lot more than the G mounts (doesn't extend towards the middle at all).

Tim, how much space do you have between the bar and the plenum? I have an APS Tallboy and it looks like it wouldn't fit over it.

Is the engine on sedan mounted lower than the coupe? I noticed you installed your bar almost the lowest point but it still have a lot of room underneath the bar.

Thanks

The driver's side was very tight and I did need to move the lines a little to fit it. Still it was not hard.

It might fit since I have it all the way down and I have a 5/16" spacer. How much taller is the APS over the oem and spacer?

I did it on my lunch yesterday. It took me about 20 minutes.

I think the engine is a little lower because I had to modify the intercooler crossover pipe on my car too. It was hitting my sway bar and the mount was by the oil pan so if it was lower, that would be the cause.
