Water leaking in from fresh air vent...

Every time I wash my car I get water leaking inside by the gas pedal. I'm guessing it's coming through the fresh air vent? Has anyone had this issue or does anyone know how to clean the fresh air vent drains out? Thanks!

I had this exact problem after getting my remote starter installed...the F'n idiots didn't push the rubber gasket @ the firewall back in place properly...I went to the carwash & my F'n floormats were soaked because of them!

Anyways, to answer your original question, I'm guessing it's that exacty problem...open up your hood & look for a rubber gasket in proximity of the gas pedal location & see if it's loose & push it on hard..... I still have rust @ my gas pedal because of the water that came in.

Good luck & let me know if this is it!
