So I found me this 8-speed Skyline in my garage today. Thought I'd take a few pics...

From what I remember of my brothers 350GT, it allows the side mirrors to be folded in.

Yeah it sucks that we don't get that feature. I'm planning on upgrading my mirrors in the future and hook it into the alarm so that when I lock the doors the mirrors will fold.

Thanks mate,
That switch closes both the mirrors inwards so that when you park... um... well people don't bump your mirrors I guess? I don't know exactly the reasoning behind it. I hear in Japan they park cars really close to each other so that thieves have a hard time getting to them. In practicality I've never used this option ever on this and the previous Skyline I had apart from when people say "Hey what does that switch do?"

Edit: Yep Wink beat me to it.

That is quite a find; not something us guys here in NA see very often.

And I'm surprised no one has commented on the digital clock yet.

What do the other buttons right under the navi screen say? I see tv, but that's the only one I can make out.

I like that the speedo goes to 180. I don't like the digital clock.
