Mounting Computer Case

I was wondering what the is best way to mount my ampie/voompc case. I'm placing it in the back passenger side corner of the trunk on the carpet, but i can't exactly screw it down because the padding and foam in the trunk. Also I can't screw into the seat back because it is pretty much hollow.

the case looks like this

I was thinking of putting a lot of velcro on bottom and just securing it that way. what do you guys think?

I would put a thin piece of MDF or other plywood between the carpet and back seat and mount it to the back of the seat. That's how I had my last amps mounted for ~6 months.

hmm interesting, I'm probably going to want to take the computer case out pretty easily, so maybe i can put a thin piece of wood under the mat and have bolts coming up and use a wing nuts to secure the case down.

Just do it this was but have bolts in the MDF and wing nut it on! then it would be wuick and look better than just put on the trunk floor!
