Talking New 06 G35 Owner

After a long time owning Nissan Maxima's, I decided it was time to move up. After a lot of reseach here in the forums I purchased today a 06 G35 Sedan (6300 miles) Graphite Silver with the Premium Package B and Sport-Tuned Suspension options. I am a happy man.

One problem. The car didn't have the owners manual and I want to know if there is one I can get online (pdf). Very hard to learn everything about the car without a manual, especially the Homelink, bluetooth stuff. Thanks.

Pedro

I sold my '97 Maxima after buying it new and owning it for 8 1/2 years for my '06 G sedan. I have had mine for a little over a year. Yesterday I programmed my bluetooth phone (tons of fun, even with the manual). The homelink was much easier.
Enjoy the new ride.

Red face

Thanks guys. It is really a step up. BTW, found the manuals by mistake in a black soft case in the trunk. Cool. So many bells and whistles; just did the Homelink and my Blackberry phone via bluetooth. Changed the oil, and the filter was a real pita to get off. Finally got it off after about 15 minutes of grunt work. One gripe; that stupid oil dipstick. Hard to get a read and get it back in.

Picked up my 04' sedan this weekend. Agreed, I almost gave up and thought about leaving out. LOL.

The location of the dipstick had to be a conscious decision on somebody`s part. Do you think they giggled and said something like,"Let`s make those suckers pay for the privalege of driving such a great car"? I appreciate the car, but the dipstick who put the dipstick there should have his personal dipstick shortened with a rusty knife!

So true. Between the big greddy intake tube and catch can hoses it is such a PITA to get to mine.

Thank God, I thought it was only *my* mechanical ineptitude, but I had a tough time figuring out how to get the damn thing back in after the first time I yanked it.

I was starting to wonder how I ever got those two kids!
