I just bought an 06 sedan and contacted north side infinity(Houston)and they like to do a 22,000 mi check when I asked to schedule an oil change. What do you guys recommend for oil (Im highway all the time) and is this necessary for the $79 tire rotation and quick look-over?

 

Shouldnt tire rotation be free and the "Quick Overlook" is probabably nothing. Even the 500 dollar service or whatever is just a visual overlook. I dont trust the dealership when it comes to service. They always try to rip you off. I wouldnt do it. They'll probably find something "you need" done and try to convince you to pay alot to do it.

 

Got my car with 17,700mi (without an owners manual) and the sticker indicated a change at 25,700. I don't know much about these cars (what kind of oil they should use). I am guessing it has synthetic in it. I have 22.500 mi on it right now, and would like to change the oil. Most of my miles on on the highway so can someone help me out?
