That is the same antenna that I have. So far I just get the occasional break in reception going under freeway overpasses as I did with my last car. I don't have any canyons here in Phoenix to experiment. I'll be in So Cal in a few weeks. I'll hit the canyon roads there.

My antenna is the stock (factory installed) one. Its on my 06 sedan. Its Functional.
i am sure you could get one of these to replace the rat.
