Iginition getting stuck

Iginition getting stuck
My mom jsut told me that her ignition is getting stuck in the "Start" position. Anyone else have this happen and if so is there an easy remedy or do I need to take the car to Infiniti next week while I'm home on Spring Break? I did a search but didn't come up with anything.
