What tool to use?

Search came up insufficent to answer my question but i DiD used it.

I already raised up abit on my main driving lights. they were ez
but the fog lights. i know where to find the screw that raises it but don't know what tool to use on it.
the main driving lights i used a 12 inch screw driver.
but from the pics the foglights which is located further back, no idea what tool to use.
thanks for any help

I'm not 100% sure that is an adjustment tool.

My 04 lights move the fog and low beam at the same time with the one adjustment. I retained it for my quad projector retro aiming.

i adjusted the headlight last night.
I was only able to adjust the driving light higher.
the foglight did not adjust along with the driving lights.
I think they are seperate.
Suck cuz my foglights are HID and much brighter then my driving lights. So its a much bigger advantage if the foglight was able to adjust higher then the driving lights.
I guess im out of luck.

why do you need to adjust them higher than the your low beams? fogs are meant to illuminate the foreground only
