Stillen CAI + 350Z tub & Aluminum Pedal Kit installation

Ok let’s start with the Stillen CAI + 350Z tub installation

Installation was very easy in my opinion but I have some mechanical background. I was very happy with the results. Since I didn’t receive instruction for the Z tube with my order I search and found the instruction on 6MT.net website http://www.6mt.net/mod-g35-350z-intake.php

First think you notice is the beautiful muffler sound. I read some people complain that the noise was too loud but in my opinion it’s not loud at all. It gives the car aggressive and sporty sound.
Second think you notice is the minor power increase which confirm Stillen claim of 11 horsepower. If you expect a major horsepower gain that’s not your mod.

I didn’t experience any problems after installations, the car didn’t die, no whistling noise and no warnings light came on. I think the people that experience these problems forgot to connect the emission hose or to tighten the clamps.
Also, there is no way the Z tube will rube against the AC pipes. I have 03 sedan and there is plenty of space between the two.

Now to the Aluminum Pedal Kit installation

Again very easy to install and nice results. I spray the brake pedal with silicon and the pedal slide in with no problems, I work the corners of the pedal with a flat screwdriver.
I’m still trying to find a better idea on how to install the e-brake. I didn’t like the idea of gluing/typing it to the old pedal. I hope someone can help on that.
