Last year my G35 got into an accident . I had it repaired but now it seems that the silver "g35' under the right rear tail light is missing….and it its place are indentions in the paint. I plan on mentioning it to the dealer when it goes in for service next week...we'll see how cooperative they are.

If anyone out there with a 2003 G35 Sedan would check, can you look to see if your G has the G35 lettering? I am pretty sure mine DID, but I want to be sure. Thanks

 

I have 03.5 sedan and it has the G35 lettering. Many people like the cleaner look w/o the badging though…

Either A) they forgot to put the letters back on after repairing your car, or B) somebody stole them.

i had my bumpers taken in because when i bought the car, there were some scratches. after it got back from the body shop, the lettering was gone, too. I called my service manager and they ordered it for me. it came in a week or two. You can install yourself because it comes in a styrofome guide. You just match it up with your taillights, and BAM... you got your G35 lettering back!

make sure to keep it clean, so they know what car just beat them!

there's a lot of kids out there stealing lettering/logos. Every notice a toyota or honda going down the street with two holes in the trunk lid? Somebody ripped the off. Same thing on my Olds...they used a screwdriver to pry them off and scratched up my trunk....bassturds!

Thanks! I appreciate everyone's help...I plan on calling Infiniti dealer tomorrow. I am pretty sure that the auto body shop left it off..there are two indentions and they are painted in..and I live in a small town and I am yet to see a G35 other than my own around here, so I am not sure if anyone would have stolen it (Plus the G gets put in the garage). Thanks again

It must be a "Street" Badge of "Honor". "G" Stands for Gangsta. Probally some Punks Ripping them off. Never had My TYPE-S ripped off though.
