Wat's up everyone, snow finally cleared up and melted in NY, reset my ECU, nice crisp day decided to have some funnn... Well I was just with my friends and I did a burnout with G35 Auto, and my friend noticed after my burnout that only one wheel was spinning and burning the rubber.. Its ok im also getting new tires, anyone know why this happened??!

No LSD (limited-slip differential) on these sedans. That lets one wheel spin more than the other.

its cuz your car doesnt have LSD limited slip diff.

Ohhh yahhhh... Thanks for the info, and it doesnt let the other wheel slip if one is already slipping to who asked.. How u turn it off not liek I need to just wondering!

You can't turn something off that you dont have.

And you wouldn't want to turn it off if you did have it.

It prevents the drive wheels from slipping too much, keeping the power goign to the ground through both of them. An open diff will let one wheel spin freely while the other one just sits there. Open diffs are cheaper to produce, and sports cars generally come with limited slip diffs standard or as an option.

It doesn't have any disadvantages other than cost, that I'm aware of.
