Please post pics of mirror tint
Hey everyone, I am trying to get mirror tint done on my 06 garnet ember sedan, and i was wondering if anyone would post pictures with their cars that have mirror tint on them? (coupe or sedan)
Thanks
Thanks
Don't know what you mean by mirror tint, but there is a silver tint. If you're talking about that gaudy looking stuff that doesn't even allow some to look into the car then I can't help. The kind I have is very similar to the privacy glass look on Lexus SUV's. Maybe it would be more mirror looking if I could get a more reflective film, but there are laws.

yeah I just posted a friends experince with mirror tint. We both have illegal tint but since his is mirror tint it catches more attention and he actually got a ticket for it. I think it looks bad in most cases.
LMAO!!!! Not until the last post did I know what was being referred to... I though he meant tint for his mirror
I kept looking at the pics thinking - that's pointless you cant even see the mirrors...

As a tint shop owner for 12 years, but a new Infiniti owner...FINALLY a question i can answer, lol.
The tint you are looking for is a 20% "neutral" or "fully metallic" film. This film is very illegal, in all states, with no exceptions. Enforcement, however, is subjective. A 35% neutral or "silver" film is legal in many states, but will not give you the "mirror" look. You can see right through the film, but the 20 is perfect.
