so i left my moonroof open over night...
The mold thing happened to my civic, i hard to remove the whole carpet, shampoo it, scrub it, dry it... total pita.
Leave the car in the sun if possible, blot as much mosture out of the carpet as u can. I would remove mats and let em dry in the sun too.

Wet/Dry vac the carpet. I don't know if you want to, but you could take the seats out and leave it outside in the sun. That'll dry it quickly. Plus it'll let the rest of the car air out. Maybe spray some cleaning solution on the carpets so that mold won't grow? If you turn on your heater, also turn on your A/C or set it to recirculate (which has A/C on by default). Running the A/C will pull moisture out of the air extremely quickly and let everything else dry quicker.
You should remove everything including the carpet so it can dry throughly and spray a 50/50 bleach and water mix to kill anything there. Otherwise, you will more than likely get mildew and a horrible smell growing.

Turning on the heat will encourage mold. Turning on the AC will help it dry out. Get a wet/dry shopvac or a carpet cleaner and suck out as much water as you can. They also make some antibacterial stuff for carpet cleaning machines now. You might want to try and get some of that and clean the carpet to help kill any mold (this of course is after it is dry)

I'd be worried about electrical and mold/mildew.
