Both would go down, unless you added a switch to choose between one, the other, or both.

The module drives the mirrors directly, after the OEM switch, so there is no way to use the OEM switch in the circuit.

awesome mod for those who needs it. still amazes me how much KP contributed to the electronic mods for the G and others.

it came standard on my mom's car and it annoys me actually. with the way my mirror is set up I can pretty much see where the curb would be anyway.
