i replaced my curtain airbags
the curtain airbag is two airbags connected to each other that runs from the top of the A billar to the end of the C pillar. you have to remove the A Pillar, the C pillar and the headliner. It takes quite some time to replace with most of the time removing the headliner.
the connection for the bag is at the end of the C pillar
the side airbag is a little p-nut in the seat. for some reason...its more expensive than the curtain bag.

well the airbag itself starts above the passanger door in the headliner, but there is a sort of "anchor" for the airbag that is attached behind the A Pillar.
i dont...think i needed to remove the back seat when i did mine. I just leaned the seat foward...or actually i think i did.
initially i tried installing the bag with half the headliner down. that prooved too difficult so i removed everything (spent like 2 hours trying to figure out how to get a headliner out of the vehicle ) and than I guess I removed the passanger rear seat.
