One less annoying rattle fixed!

I recently had this nasty squeak or creak coming from the rear trunk area when ever I'd go over bumps, brake or even turn, I took out the rear seatback and tightened the two bolts holding the rear seatback support brace, took her for a test drive and the squeak is gone, just thought I'd share.

i had the same issue. I actually tore off a piece of the black cushoning that rests on the support brace and placed it under those bolts. i have to tighten it every once in awhile

i don't know badboy... i just got mine ( so i dont have as much experience as you do - guessing by the number of posts you have ) but the forums are cluttered w/:
what do you hate about your car
..new rattle
..car makes noises
...just makes me think thats all - im not trying to "hint" at anything..is that your car in your avatar?

This is a great find because previous posts had mentioned much harder ways to get rid of this noise.
