It's really simple. There should be two latches(not sure if thats the right term) that hold the seat in place. One to the left and one to the right. You should be able to feel them if you run your fingers along the bottom/front of the seat. Once you find them just pull on the latch(one at a time) and it releases the seat. It'll make more since once you do it.

doing that removes only the seat cushion where you sit...i want to know how to remove the seat back where you rest your back ? anyone know because i have some annoying creaking back there that really pissing me off

I'd like to know as well... The service manual only shows a diagram of how the parts are put together, but no detailed instructions.

Well, I tried the solution mentioned above but the creaks still exisit. After researching further I found out that I torqued the wrong bolts. I found the following service bulletin which supports the original poster. I will try it again tomorrow.
