I wonder if this means water can get in your tail lights? Is it possible that they got in from inside the trunk?

Have had no condensation/water problems to date. (Knock on wood)

Yeah, I wanna see what it looks like at night!
As for how to get it out? Umm... thinking... remove bulb holder and hook up a vacuum to it maybe? Seal the edges. Or take the whole thing out and rinse it. I've never even seen the back of the lights, so not sure if this is doable. GL.

Don't rinse it! You'll never be able to dry off the circuit board for the LEDs or the LEDs themselves for that matter.
