I'd say go Nismo after you lower it or paint the sides.

car looks great but I think the Nismo kit would clash with your rims I would just paint the lower body panels.

 

Do you think powdercoating the rims black would look better? I have been debating that since i Bought them.

I think all 03/04 sedans should have come with the nismo kit. It looks 1,000X better on.
