Dealer!!!!!!!

So I went to the dealer the other day to have 2 items checked that have been buggin me. 1) When I drive the car over 1 hour at a time I get a oil burning smell when I come to a stop, in the cabin and outside(say I am fillingthe tank). I have checked to make sure it is not residual oil from the last change and it is not in either the filter or at the drain plug???? 2) Front wheel chop, I have complained about this since day 1 and have had nothing in response, seems to be only on pasenger side front. First thing out the reps. mouth is, do you want us to replace it if it is a bad tire(on my nickel) my rsponse was no , if that is the case call the tire rep. it has been a problem since day one!!!! Now the clincher, the conversation was going OK until they asked if I boughtthe car there, which I hadn't, all of a sudden it became, we can't get you in and don't have a loaner for you(there were 3 in the parking lot). So is that how a high line dealer treats you, seems like once the car is mine the dealer really, to a degree, shouldn't care were you bought it, in my case I was a relocation!!!!!! I have dropped over $80K with Nissan/infiniti this year seems like I should get some better consideration than this, in fact my nissan dealer treats me better than these guys. Thanks for listening to me vent guys.

Call Nissan or Infiniti customer service, or ask the dealer for the number of the regional rep. The dealer is supposed to offer you a loaner car if the car is under warranty. My dealer even offers loaner cars to original purchasers after the warranty is expired.

That's BS! I bought my G in S. Florida and live in N. Florida and when I take it in for service I always get a loaner no questions...

I remember going to a few dealers because some were snobs and felt they didn't need to be nice to sell the car, it would sell itself cause it was high end :-/

Smell is apparent under regular use, usually when driven in excess of 1 hour, usual traveling sppeds around 80, so I wouldn't classify it as en]ven working hard....

Infiniti service uses dog **** for oil. Get a different brand, the smell will go away.
