Dude, I also live in Canada and you can get an 04 for 25k that has about 60k KM (not miles).
Make sure the dealership you purchase the car from is professional as I have seen some really unprofessional ones and their service is as bad as their vehicles (I have heard 80K engines rattling slightly which is a bad sign, it's a consistant rattle).
