Stuck with my wheels I think...

Well my car came with 18" "Fast" wheels that I've lived with. Some days I don't mind them, some days I can't stand them. Either way, I'm not crazy about em. I thought I could find some 18" coupe wheels, but its proving to be a hassle. I was thinking that in the meantime, I might paint the spokes black....

Well I'm asking your opinion of what you think. Here's a photoshop:

Original wheels:

How I wanna paint them:

thoughts? opinions? Keep in mind that financially I cannot really afford any new wheels and this would be an interim solution. (I got a wedding to pay for!)

Good photoshop. It looks much better with the black spokes. Good idea.
I know what you mean. I don't like the look of 18" aftermarket wheels on a G either. I think if you're going to go 18", then stick with stock. But that Photoshopped pic of yours is the next best thing. Go for it.

If you don't want to spend on a new set, definately get the spokes painted black. It looks 10 time better

I'll be selling my 20" gunmetal Volk GTC's soon if you want them.

If you are going to keep those powdercoat the spokes.

yea I think I'm just gonna keep em and powder coat the spokes... apparently I can get all 4 done for under $300 or so. (CANADIAN)

I think spending the extra on PC vs paint is worth it for chipping etc... my only concern is will the still look glossy black like my paint>? I want it to match the color of the car obviously

If you need springs let me know I think i'm gonna sell my revised g35 Coupe h-techs I purchased. I changed my mind and I'm not going to put them on. Too much of a hassell I have OEM sports shocks too if you need them.
