Look no further.
Just had my 06' sedan lowered on Tein basics with some 19's installed. They are wrapped in 245/35/19's and 275/35/19's. I was misinformed by some people and sent to Altered Atmosphere who tried to rape me. I was then told to go to JE Import in Baltimore. They ordered my tires and coilovers at a great price. The problem was with the service. The sent me out the door with my car to low. This resulted in some pretty bad cosmetic damage to the rear tires. They then told me "sorry, that sort of thing can happen" and that was it. Thats the answer I got after dropping 2g's with them. I finally went to Elite Auto in Laurel. Chris was a HUGE help. Should have gone to see him to start. He got my car looking great. If you are looking do get some work done I would highly suggest giving him a call. 301-604-5004. He also said he is going to be hosting a G meet at his shop this summer. He is located about 2 miles east of the BW Parkway on route 198.
I'm not really understanding how your installer JE Import's is at fault. You selected a coilover product that Tein's own web site has drop specs for that show the car would be low enough to cause tire wear issues. If they set the car up to Tein's recommended ride height you were set to a -2.5"/-1.1" drop. www.tein.com/infiniti.html Their's more then enough info here to let you know that drop's past 1.2" on a sedan will give you issues with tire wear. I can understand a bit of frustration if they didn't say get a alignment or for you to look into whole car camber correction, but your research that told you what coilover to buy should have told you about the alignment tire wear issues in advance.
Not out to be mean, but it's not right to hold the installer totally at fault for the tire wear.

If this is the thread I am thinking of, I believe they also sold him wheels and said they would fit without rolling the fenders but the offsets were too low so they tore up the sidewall on the tires. That would be the shop's fault.
D2 sold me the wheels. JE ordered the coilovers and the tires. JE did the install and it was to low. I told them it was to low. They raised a little and pulled the car out of the shop. I made the mistake of thinking that they would know that it was still to low to drive. The very same day I took it to Elite Auto and they didnt seem to have a problem understanding this. They subsequently adjusted the rear coilovers so it didnt rub anymore. Two days later they rolled the fenders and dropped it back down. Still no rubbing.
So as far as not reading or understanding the Tein product I would have to say I completely understood it. They work fine on the car fully extended, no rubbing. When you want it lowered then you obviously need the fenders rolled. I expected to roll the fenders after the suspension was installed at my own leisure not because the installer made it so low I could not drive it.
