On a side note: I went to pick up my wife's plates yesterday and the clerk asked me what it meant. I told her and she gave them to me. I wouldn't think that they would've asked me again but she said that they sometimes do that to see if they catch people off guard, even after the plates have been approved by the DMV. So just in case they ask anybody on here, don't let them catch you off guard.
