Wow! so many responces I feel like i'm part of the family! I'll take a pic in a minute and post it up.

BTW, guys at work saw the car and they loved it! 2 of them are car buffs and brothers too! One drives an 05 chevy ss silverado and the other drives an 03 mustang gt convertible/ auto, both are stock. They both laughed and said to bad it has a lil v6, too slow for them
I did not say anything, I know my G is fast, but I dont know if its as fast as those other 2. Any guesses?

Won't be too far behind the mustang, not sure what motor the SS truck has. I know the SS trailblazer is fast.

JWT Pop Charger is Jim Wolf Technologies Popcharger it replaces your stock air intake and mounts to the Z tube I have the JWT Popcharger it's cheaper than the Stillen intake. Welcome to the forum.
Here is a picture of the passenger side. The drivers side does not work. What is the purpose of this light? So will I have to take the bumper off for this?

thanks!

Welcome to the forum fellow Texan. I'm in Sugar Land but if you're ever up for a Houston meet, drop me a line. Good lookin' ride, good luck keeping the mod bug in check. 8 months in and I feel like I've been bitten pretty bad... (see sig)

SS Trailblazer>SS Silverado. You should hang with a Silverado and Mustang just fine.

Nice looking car by the way! Representing the 03-04 rims lol

Nice G and good thing it has the nismo, especially in IP.

throw a coat of wax on her and keep a bottle of this^^ with a microfiber towel in the trunk and remove birdshiitt and big bugs off the front as soon as you get them......especially off the nismo pieces.....it's like a 3 grand + installation from the dealer(though most buy thru group buys much cheaper).....Yours was probably from the factory...

Good luck with your G and welcome.

do an auto trans flush and check the coolant concentration b4 this(late 100 degree+ temps.) summer..and ck the front brake pad thickness.......if you have not done this yet.

Tell your coworker that it's such a shame that your "lil 3.5 v6" produces the exact horsepower as his 4.6 v8 GT. Your G performs identically to the 280-298hp 05+ sedans.(essentially being under rated)
While he produces more 42 ft/lb more torque, he is heavier than hardtop GT mustangs and more importantly......heavier than your G. Some reviews put it at "sub 7 second times" or 6.5seconds auto and a bit faster for manual..though he will say his is modded but.....stock for stock....he is not that much faster.

btw, it was not until 2005+ model GTs that performance is out of the G's range at 0-60 in 5.1 auto/manual and 13.5 1/4mi manual and 13.6 1/4mi auto for the hardtop. The convertible at 5.2 0-60 and 13.8 1/4mi.(essentially the hardtop and conv. perform nearly equally, and in pre 2005 models, the convertible was always a heavy, much slower goat especially the automatics, when compared to the hardtop)

rant over

That little light is the running/parking light. Not hugely important because it just lights up the fog/high beam housing, which is illuminated anyway by the fog/high beams when they are on. I believe that bulb is a 168/194 bulb. I replaced mine with Polarg hyperwhites (like these http://www.racinglab.com/polm4supwhit.html), some people replace theirs with LEDs (like these http://autolumination.com/194.htm). Both give off a white/blue color. In any case, it's a PITA to get those bulbs changed. You have to remove the front fenderwell liner behind the headlamp, then you can reach in there and find a long plastic housing piece which is connected to that little light bulb. Turn it counterclockwise and it comes out.

While you're in there, you might as well replace your fog/high beam bulbs (9003 bulbs) with some Osram/Sylvania Silverstars. They will give off a white light closer to the stock HIDs.

After reading the boards for a while I realized that the sedan was not that much slower than the coupe. Also, Ive thought that If we have a family in the not to distant future, a baby seat will better fit in the sedan than the coupe. The 2 door is beautiful, but so is the 4 door.
