from what ive read they are a direct swap..

check the florida g35 club forums. there was a member giving a coupe exhaust away.

The swap is fairly easy, and I had a stripped bolt in my old midpipe aswell. Easily enough my shop welded that right off to install the new mid-pipe. My only complain is the excessive rattle this provides with a dropped suspension when you go over any bumps.
