Those aren't scratches. Clearly the bumper was folded during shipping and cracked the paint. Most likely a claim though UPS by the shipper would be in order here.

Thats true. I was thinking about just the crack... since I worked at UPS and saw how they handled the packages.

exact same thing happened to me. The guys at everythingg35.com stepped up and paid for the repair of the lip without any hassle...great service IMO. FYI, the cost of repair was almost 1/2 of the cost of lip. BTW, UPS is the biggest POS company to ship anything valuable. They simply don't give a ****.

^ Agreed! But, I would imagine it could have happened before EvG35 got it...probably from the factory.

Let us know how it turns out. I'm sure they will take care of it. I have purchased some things from them before including my rear nismo valance and they were great.

i just spoke to one of the guys at everythingg35.com and they were AWESOME to deal with. They are sending me a new one and i might not even have to send the damaged lip back. They went out of their way to fix everything for me. I am definitely sticking to ordering parts from their site!!!

Nice! So they didn't make you fight UPS for it, great customer service!
