EverythingG35.com fixed the problem. They are GREAT!!

**EDIT** EverythingG35.com fixed my problem, they are GREAT to deal with! Awesome Customer service!**EDIT**

MAN am i BUMMED (and pretty pissed)!!! i just got my front lip for my 05 sedan, and when i opened it up i found it was "cracked" and scratched. Here are some pics below...

Do you think everythingg35.com will give me a refund of some sort or send me a new one? The only thing is, shipping it back will be a b**** since its such a large package.

Or... would this damage be fixable? If so, what could i do?

Since it came damaged, it's not your fault. They should take it back and refund you for shipping and send you a new one. Just give them a call.

Call and talk to Joe (the manager). He's a great guy and he'll make it right. You may end up having to turn a claim in to the UPS or whoever shipped it, though.

I realize that i shouldnt have posted their name on this thread because it could give them a bad image. At the time, i was just really pissed off, but now i know i shouldnt have done that. I am sure everythingg35.com will fix the problem without giving me any hassle. The reason why i am saying this now is because I sell things on ebay and i hate when customers badmouth me (i.e. leave negative feedback) without contacting me first to see if i can resolve the issue. Anyways, im sure everything will be fine with them as i have heard good stuff about their customer service.

Most likely UPS fault.

That sucks, you didn't bad mouth anyone though, just stated a fact and provided evidence. Unless it was in fact shipped in barbed wire I don't see how deep scratches can be from the UPS guy, unless he opened it and raked it with barbed wire...
