The NRG and richie's bar look the same, probably from the same supplier.

Does anyone have the Richie Bar V2 installed on a 2004 Sedan over the stock engine cover?

Any fitment issues with stock engine cover?

Any rubbing issues with hood liner or hood?

I have the bar painted in gold installed with a MD 5/16 plenum spacer and stock engine cover and it cleared. Now I have an aftermarket CF engine cover and z tube and still clears.

Rubs a bit on hood liner but nothing to be worried about.
