I just love the classic G35 profile....it is just a thing of beauty....

Congrats.

I too was looking at the Lexus IS 250, but the G35 just grabbed me in with it's looks, and 0-60 in 6.2 sec. @ a top speed of 151..stock numbers.

And this was just the 5sp. auto version....:lol

Wow, you know, if Lexus put a 6MT in the IS350 I'd call in sick and trade in my sedan today, let them deal with the POS 6-cd changer F0 error.

The IS is sweet, my sister got the 250, white with cream leather the g35 got more power but the is is more luxurious, softer seats, softer ride, sweetr interior and exterior.. i defiantely get more attention driving the lex.. i took both cars to teh car wash on different days and the treatment from the attendant was wayy better when i went with the lex.. i'm tempted to get teh ISF when it rolls out, but 50 g's is steep

I took a look at the 250/6mt after my brother got his 350 but they were just so expensive for what you got. It felt gutless compared to a 325i. His car w/ navi came in at 42k OTD w/o HID's, memory seats, seat heaters, or even perforated leather(33% premium over what I paid). Almost makes a 335 seem reasonable.

Given his car is a bit faster and sleeker, I could buy a brand new Kia for a commuter for how much I saved.

Besides...the IS is virtually impossible to mod for a reasonable amount of money given it doesn't have the G/350Z platform advantage.
