I've been drooling over a G for a long time and finally got one. Had it for about a month--03.5 BS sedan 6MT. Tinted it and got clear corners; not sure how many more mods I'll do to this one. I want to buy an 05 in the near future.

Here's the question: where in the trunk would the license plate cover be? I have a feeling it's not there, unless there's a secret location that you find only if you press a button, hold your breath, close one eye, and fart. Any thoughts?

By the way--a sweet forum and a nice crowd.

He's talking about the plate cover that covers the license plate area on the front bumper. I found mine in the spare tire area when I bought my G from the previous owner.

I believe he is refering to the cover in this picture of my G. You can see where the license plate would be, but a plate is covering it. Mine however came with the cover already in place, so I do not know where it should be located.

That's the one. I've read before that the plate covers are in the trunk if there's a front license plate. Just can't locate mine anywhere. And I believe the plates only come on the 03-04 bumpers.

I kinda need one, so if anyone has it, let me know.

That's freaking hilarious, and I know the feeling! I actually have not checked my trunk yet for it, but I'm pretty sure my car did not come with it. I've had this car for a year now and you think I would have time to look at something like that. I guess a newborn baby will do that to you. Geez. I gotta go check. BRB!

Dang. No luck. If I remember correctly the dealership sells them paint matched for $80 or so. But once in a while you'll find someone willing to part with theirs, in your color, for cheap! Good luck!
