The swap back might have the same issues as we have going to the coupe seats. They will sit higher in your car and the plugs may need to be modified. You should have power recline but getting in and out of the back seat will be harder since you won't have the release.

I don't think the new (07+) sedan seats will work but have not tried. Just doubt it.

 

Someone needs to try the 350z seats in the sedan again and report back. From what I see it is much easier getting a pair of those than the coupe seats.

 

Agreed Darren ... but it's nice to have matching leather rather than cloth ones out of a Z.

I also don't recommend the sedan seats for the coupes. As is, I do hit my head in a coupe. It would be far worse w. a taller sedan seat. So unless you're shorter than 6'0" ... avoid at all cost.

Dude.... thread is 13 years old. The odds are slim that anyone is still on here. Read through all posts and search for more recent ones.

Your experience with one side fitting and the other side not fitting sounds familiar. Also different wiring harnesses.
