I would like to tone down the headlights on my DG 2004 G35X Sedan and can't make up my mind. It also doesn't help that the massive majority of the pictures are for coupes, especially OB. Which of the choices do you think I should go with?

1. Gloss black paint
2. Satin black paint
3. Matt black paint
4. Color match (DG) paint
5. 3/10 tint overlays

I'd love to see pictures of other DG sedans with customized headlights, so please post or link them if you have them.

I put my car up next to a DG sedan with matte black and the matte black looked cheap. He went back and repainted his gloss and it looked a lot better. I vote for at least a semi-gloss. The matte black ones look like the cheap ebay knock-off's (except on red).

do gloss black..ive seen many DG coupes with glossy black headlights. it looks so sick. then paint the grill glossy black too!

do not go glossy. will look unnatural. satin is the way to go...
