anyone know how to remove those two little square bolt things that attach to your front bumper from the grill? those things are killing me... i want my new gril in! I dont wanna take my front bumper off just to get to those bolts. is there a technique with just pulling it out a little then snapping it out?

You have to go from the inside of the bumper with a flat screw driver, you put the screw driver into the little ridge that is on the square clips, once you put it in there, you twist them to the right or to the left i dont remember for sure, but once you twisted it, you push the grill out from from the bumper. I dont know if it will help, but thats how i did it.

inside as in driver seat facing out? or standing outside facing inside of car?

i looked thru the crack in the grill and i see that little square clip u speak of, but i can't get my screw driver to grip cause the grill angles my screwdriver a little low.

Open your hood, remove the 4 push pins on top of the grille. Once you've done that, on either side of the grill there are two areas where the grill is pushed in to latch itself to the body. You have to pull those out. Now, you can pull the grill slightly forward and see where the remaining slots are that hold the grill into place. NO BOLTS.

If you still can't figure it out, come to the next meet and I can do it for you.

Good luck

Long flathead screwdriver, stick it thru the grill and to those square plastic clips. Turn clockwise and pull the top portion of the grill out. Do the same for the other side.

Inside the latch part look at the bottom of the grille, I use my hand to free the tabs from the bumper.

Just pull the top 4 snaps and then pull forward. It comes right off.

doesn't work like that for mines. I look thru the grill and match the tab to the hole.
looks something like this.

Yes, turn that with a flathead 45 degrees and pull out when it matches that square.

That clip is also clipped to the bumper so u can alternatively try to pull it out with a bit of force. I believe the release tab will be behind the grill and the location is closests to the latch.

So left release tab from the bumper is on your picture but the right of the square behind the grill (push to the left) and the right tab is on the left of the square (push to the right). THis is if you're trying to remove it from the bumper. I usually remove the clip from the grille portion first then the bumper.
