Muffler Grounding wire
After Installing the HKS muffler on the sedan tonight, I ran into a slight problem. I purchased new bolts from autozone for the exhaust and connected the ground wire with it. Now that I think about it, I dont know if the new bolts wil conduct electricity (the material just felt different). I am starting to believe this lack of ground has caused my auto headlights to not turn off and caused my battery to be drained.
So my questions are:
Will the lack of that grounding wire cause my auto headlights to stay on more than 30 minutes even after all the doors were shut and alarm armed?
Should I reconnect the ground with some steel bolts anyway?
Your reply is greatly appreciated
