im not getting the splash guards anymore. I'm puting the money towards a pop charger and z tube instead. I heard that it won't fit with the normal 1\2 spacer. Do I need the 5/8ths one for it to be installed correctly???

If you lower it first even with old shoes it will still have the sweet stance!! SO drop that biaaaatch!!!
Thats lowered ?

The z-tube and pop charger mod is more of a sound mod than a power mod.

My g's not lowered. It will be once I get new tires and rims in the spring time.

Im sure the z tube and pop will add a little to the HP gain. I'm not expecting much. I'm looking for the sound and I'm sure it will add a little somethin somethin

it might feel like you have a little more power but that's most likely because you step on the gas a little more to hear the nice sound of the pop/z tube combo. to maintain just get the recharger kit for k &n filters and clean it every 5k miles i guess but other than that nothing special.

well I step on the gas a little more anyway now lol. I just figured it would give me a little more power since it is allowing more air flow into the engine due to the z tube shape and filter.

a guy named daveb on this forum says that the pop charger actually reduces the airflow into the engine and says that the factory airbox allows for the best airflow into the engine.

[QUOTE=VQ Hotness]Thats lowered ?

Yes that is lowered. It's the H&R drop 1.3 front and 1.2 rear. These pics were taken ten minutes after I dropped the jack then drove it around the block. It really doesn't look like much difference in these pics but since it has settled and really looks great, also I think my camera angles suck too. I realize that your car is on coilovers and is "in the weeds" and looks great but, this car is my wifes and I know if I went too low she would complain and would probably rip the transmission from under the car
