As far as the show I did not get a trophie, I was told by the judges that if I was in Import rather than Luxury I would have won hands down. Oh well, it was only a Three foot tall trophie, no big deal.

updates

I have been deployed so I havent been able to update this. Back in March while on R&R I installed drilled and slotted rotors, 7K HID bulbs, and an aftermarket radio. Here are some shots (taken with my instinct cell phone)...

Note: I had to put on the stock wheels so my wife could drive my car while I was gone......

I've always liked this car, but find myself wishing for better photos.

Also, anything going on under the hood?

Well it was a close tie between a twin turbo kit or buying a sportbike. So I bought a sportbike, a GSXR-600. I actually got that to reduce my usage of the G. Currently it has a 350Z tube, K&N Air and oil filter, and a Greddy Evo2 catback exhaust. This winter I will be doing some work to it but I dont want to say what just yet....... heheheheheh

Love it... except for the Skyline and 350GT... Would look so much better with those gone.

I have been thinking about removing the "Skyline" but not the 350GT. I will think about it more

Looks good but should of went with double din instead of a flipup. Looks cleaner and allows you to access the AC buttons

and the other is bluebat overlays. If you want a really blacked out look go with the spray of have them professional tinted at a tint shop. When you do this you will get pulled over. I live in cali and cops suck, but I have not got in any trouble with the bluebat due to the holes. Cops think its fine.

personally go with bluebat unless you want the cop hassle.

but just incase you do go for the spray over it and get a ticket here is a DIY for removing it.

Good points!

Once I get back I will post how I sprayed my tail lights so others may have this option as well. I will have to say though that it was A LOT of work.
