Is this a good deal for a factory trunk lid and spoiler ?

I have a black 03 and want to get rid of the doggy door trunk lid. Found an 04trunk lid locally at a body shop for $125 for the lid and $75 for the factory spoiler. Not sure why he removed the spoiler and is selling sepeartely really, but they are painted silver. Obvioulsy I'd have to get it painted black too.

Wonder if it's a good deal vs buying the parts new and having them painted ?

I don't think you will find those parts for any cheaper. Sounds like a good deal to me.

I remember the factory lid being something like $400, primered, ready for paint. Not 100% on that price but I think I'm close

Try to work a deal on painting both parts if you buy it from them.

Great deal...wish I could find a plain trunk - no spoiler for that price!

Yeah here is one in Dallas for $125...maybe its the same one? It needs repair though...it's bent. Too bad...it's the right color for my car.

yeah that's it and it has a spoiler but for some reason he is selling it seperately so the holes are there. I'm wanting a spoiler now so I'll pick up both and do it all at once.Talked to the guy it has a slight bend on the edge of it. Have a body shop fix that then paint it.

the doggy door is an eye sore for me.
