the cars a total loss. if i get an 08 sedan it will be auto again for the sole fact that auto and manual are same power. if i decide to get an 07 coupe itll be a manual.

ouch! So how can the dealership keep you from taking off parts from your own car? That sounds pretty screwed up. So what are you gonna go with next?

bacuase the insurance and everything. i could theoretically take everything off the car but then i wouldnt get what the car is worth. they want the car "intact" as is for lack of a better word. ill see what i can do but i doubt its much guys. ill try really hard for easy stuff like maybe AT black leather/alum shift ****. god, this process is killing me. i have a feeling the lady will try to say its not her fault. this **** aint flying.

OMFG!!! i think im going to kill somebody. the ladies insurance company is now claiming it is not a total loss. the infiniti dealerships collision center told them itd be $21,000 and take two months. im sorry but this is a total loss, i am not just looking for a new car, but this is totalled.

Holy Sh*t!!!! No way they can say that isn't totalled!!! I wouldn't take that from them. There's got to be something you can do to fight this.
