anyone got this body kit?

 

Ive seen this body kit.. its AWESOME!! I have to save some $ to get it.. im reALLy into this kit though.. it can only look nicer in perosn. It costs ~2500 to get it here from japan then another 2000 to get it installed and modify the back bumper to fit.. Where about do you live?

i live in vancouver bc, yea and i checked the website prb cost me like 3500 CND jus to get it, but are u saying the rear bumper doesn't fit or something?

wat do u think of the impul body kit?

 

the impul kit looks too :"clean/classy" for me.. i like more of the racey look..

Nice kit, but looks like that front bumper will get hammered over the first steep driveway or dip. Definatly would have to get some coilovers if you go with this kit.

just the back bumper issue.. im not exacly sure what the problem is.. but ive spoken with the owner of that black g (pictured above) with the kit and he said the back bumper needs to be modified to fit... im guessing this is because the skyline in japan has a much smaller bumper than the united states version.. again, im not exacly sure waht the problem is. but the bodyshop can fix it and put on the whole kit for around $2000US... do you live in southern cali? if so, i konw the installer who installed hte kit above and they konw about the back bumper issue.. so if your gonna get it and u liave down here, i would suggest getting it done there.

From what I've heard, certain bodykits from japan require the removal of reinforcing in the rear bumper to fit on their american bound counterparts. The final result is a -very- weak, to the point of being useless, rear bumper. (It would not pass minimum standards) I would suggest getting more exact information before getting your heart too set on this kit.

 

yea thats wat i thought, but there aren't any kits besides these two... unless we wait like another yr, and by den prob don't got the urge to change anything any more hahaha

Thanks for the important info.. i dont want a bodykit on my G if its going to be even more dangerous driving... i dont wanna get rear ended and have the car come to my backseat cuz i diddnt have a reinforced bumper..
