The sedan isn't slower than the coupe, they are pretty much the same...technically in the straight line a sedan would be quicker since it's lighter.

Well no BS..me and my buddy were curious of how fast his coupe would be to my sedan. so It's a 03 coupe 6spd with 19 staggered axis wheels lowered on TEINS Vs. 04 G35x with 20 inch mrr wheels non staggered lowered on Tein S-techs and this is with both of us with our VDC turned OFF. At take off I had him 2 1/2 cars and then after he passed me and left me behind by 3 cars but when the corner came i was the man with the lead.... oyeeah thanks to AWD

You probably would have had an even bigger jump if you didn`t have those heavy 20`s on there. Put your stocks back on and try him again.

It's what makes your G not fun. The first time I found this out I was cruising through town and a lady in a Maxima was messing with me then she took off so I had to catch her I grabbed 2nd and the VDC kicked in and the maxima was GONE My wife looked at me and said "what the hell was that" and she wasn't refering to the VDC. I told her that when someone attempts to race me "instinct kicks in"!
